My inspiration comes from every human action outside of my small room. When the cock crows to announce a new day, the first smile that spreads across my face emanates from the believe that each day comes with a new action and idea. As I step out of my room, i try to see in every human being that I meet what s/he thinks and believes about various life forms. I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them.
